Pretty Boy

Can you guess where you’ve heard this beat before? If you guessed 2NE1′s first debut performance, then you guessed right. (: Personally, I really like this song. It’s one of my favorites in the album. The style is somewhat similar to “Fire” though.

Stay Together

This song took me couple of listens for it to grow on me. Loved the chorus though, Bommie is really starting to show of her skills, unlike in “Fire”.

Let’s Go Party

The intro was interesting, the phrase “Let’s go party” in like, what, 4 different languages? The chorus is really catchy too, “Let’s go party, work that body…” I liked it. Another one of my favorites.

In The Club

This song was okay for me, but it wasn’t the best. I’ve been reading comments on Youtube, people saying that this song was the best in the mini-album, but I’m not loving it.  How do I describe it, ballad-like? Now I love ballads, but this isn’t my cup of tea. Dara improved a lot too, showing off her skills in the chorus.

I Don’t Care

I like this song, it’s pretty good. It sounds more like American songs though, something like “Sk8ter Boi”? From like :36 to like :42, it sounded like “She had a pretty face but her head was up in space,”…Or maybe it’s just me….

 This album is pretty good, everyone improved. We’re starting to see more of Bom and Sandara, Minji and CL are sounding like a T.O.P and G-Dragon. Yeah, I thought CL’s rapping style was similar to G-Dragon.

One question though, what happened to Sugar ?

I remember when they were first to debut which was in 2008? 2007? And I ran upstairs to tell everyone in the house. Yeah, they didn’t really care, so I told my dogs instead. ㅠ_ㅠ
